We create a Personal Welcome Plan for each of our new collaborators. Many activities are carried out in order to ease their integration:
Delivery of General “Welcome Manual”.
Creation of a “Local Welcome Plan” that assigns someone as a mentor and tutor.
Organization of a “Personal Interview Schedule" to talk with the people that are most involved with the new job.
Participation in the “Welcome Day” at the headquarters where all new collaborators are welcomed and so they can find out more about the different Group companies and activities.
Invitation to “Have Coffee" with the CEO in order to facilitate a mutual understanding and gather impressions and suggestions from new hires.
